SHIPPING & Mailing:

  • US Mail tracking number not working?  It shows 0 scans with no delivery yet?  US Mail is notoriously lax at the origination facility, failing to scan an outgoing item.  This causes the delivery scan to become the BEGINNING SCAN.  What does this mean? Until it is scanned delivered/signed, the package does not show up in the tracking system.  If your receiver needs to sign for the package, the address is a PO Box, the item is too big for a carrier to carry is his bag or the location is not available to receive because of Coronavirus closures, the package is NOT delivered/scanned yet, but IS WAITING AT THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE, UNSCANNED.  Solution:  if your receiver contacts you that their package hasn't arrived, ask them to GO DOWN AND PICK UP THEIR PACKAGE at the Post Office because the USPS will not redeliver a package/certified letter more than 1x.  The package will then be scanned and DELIVERED will appear online.
  • Do we ship to Mexico?  Yes, with USPS and FedEx Air, both with tracking numbers.
  • Do we ship with Insurance?  Yes, with UPS and FedEx.  We now insure US Mail!
  • What weight can we ship up to?  150 pounds is our maximum weight within the US.
  • Do we offer Freight Shipping?  No, we refer out this service.
  • Do we charge to pack a box?  No, as long as you ship with us.
  • Do we ship a pre-packed box?  Yes, but it must be properly packed for insurance.
  • Do you offer FedEx office rates?  No, we offer FedEx Air at a 25% below their retail.
  • Do you take United Airlines/FedEx discounts?  No, this is at FedEx Office only.
  • Do we ship Amazon QR Code returns? No, this is either UPS Store or FedEx Office.
  • Do we charge for pre-paid returns?  No, as long as you have it prepackaged.
  • Do we take AT&T prepaid returns for UPS?  No, this is a UPS Store only return.
  • Do we take Pre-paid UPS, USPS and FedEx returns?  YES, and you can print the label from your email/phone at our store for $1/pg.

  • What are our hours?     9-6pm M-F, 10-4 Saturday, closed Sundays
  • What times are our pickup times for UPS?  4:15 pm M-F
  • What times are our pickup times for FedEx Ground?  5 pm M-F
  • What time is pickup time for FedEx Air?     5pm M-F   *Select Saturday shipping
  • What times are our US Mail pickup times?  2:30pm- 5:30pm M-Fri and 4pm Sat

Printing, Faxing, and Copying

  • Do we make Color Copies?  YES! We have a color copier- 65 cents each.
  • Do we have copy services?  Yes, we do.  Black and white, self serve.
  • Do we FAX?  Yes, we do.  $1 in the US and $3 internationally.  Cheap and fast!
  • Can customers download an email label for Ebay?  Yes, we offer a computer for $1/ print
  • Need a shipping label/letter/file/photo printed?  Email it to our store email and we will print it out for you:  Joespostal@gmail.com

mail boxes

  • Can I have a box delivered to your store only one time?  No, this requires a Box rental.
  • Do customers have access to large items after store hours?  NO, a large parcel must be retrieved during business hours.
  • Do we forward mail to other addresses?  YES, we use USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate for letters and parcels.  You only pay for shipping if you have a box with us. 
  • Can customers receive a large pallet or huge package?  It is not advised as we do not have a dock door- our front door is about 38" wide.​

  • Are we a Franchise?  No, we are not.  This allows us to keep our prices rock bottom.
  • Do we have a Spanish Speaker on staff?  Yes we do, Joe speaks Spanish.
  • Do we sell just one stamp?  Yes, we do.
  • Do we sell Money Orders?  No, money orders sales require bullet proof glass.
